The centerpiece, and inlayed in to the cap, is hand turned Peltogyne, commonly known as Purpleheart, a species native to Mexico, Central and South America. The artisan's goal in crafting this smoking pipe was to create a unique conversation piece that also allows for a contaminant free, smooth drawing smoke.
