Another department reported to OSC that their officers got a good amount out of the Street Cop courses that they had attended and that it was great training. Another department that hosted Street Cop praised their teachings on consent to search and report writing, stating that the training gives officers the practical info that you were never taught. With regard to the 2021 Conference, OSC requested any feedback that law enforcement agencies with officers in attendance had received from attendees of the Conference and did not receive any negative written comments or feedback, even from supervisory officers in attendance who likely had a duty to report based on the discriminatory comments in the training, as discussed in OSCs findings above
